Jerusalem Council Project
PURPOSE
The Ministers Council Senate plans to host biblically-based Jerusalem Council gatherings among American Baptist ministerial leaders around the country from now through June 2005 on differences over the issue of homosexuality. Background information about the events that gave rise to this plan is available in Post-Senate 2004 Communication and Pre-Senate 2004 Communication. Updates will continue to be provided on www.ministerscouncil.com.
We praise God for showing us the way forward through the model presented in Acts 15 as the early church faced different understandings of how to go on as faithful followers of Jesus Christ.
James the "Just" the so called "Brother" of the ONLY Begotten SON of God the Image of the invisible Father, who undermined Salvation by Grace alone, and sent the Letter by Paul and Barnabas, but Paul refused to teach these Noahide Laws, and they later put Paul into Prison for doing so, then eventually slew him for His Firm Stand in Jesus the Christ. The Ministers Council seeks to discern our future with constituents who are ABC ministerial leaders holding widely divergent perspectives on the biblical witness as it informs our understandings of homosexuality. Through Jerusalem Council gatherings around the country between now and July 2005 we prepare ourselves for a Senate vote in August 2005 on a proposed Bylaws amendment related to that issue and presented by the Pacific Southwest Ministers Council. Like the original Jerusalem Council, participants will rely on Scripture, Spirit and testimony to show them if they might go on together and how, not to make a statement on the issue of homosexuality for the denomination.
Jerusalem Councils are now being scheduled and that information will be provided on this website. The goal is to hold each Jerusalem Council at a site with ABC membership in the surrounding area that includes persons of different perspectives on the biblical witness concerning homosexuality. All ministerial leaders of the ABC are welcome to participate in a nearby gathering and/or to respond to a two-question survey posted on the Ministers Council website. Signatures are required and confidentiality is assured. Responses will be destroyed after an objective professional evaluator has analyzed and summarized the input received.
Throughout this year we ask your prayers that God will show us a way forward that we cannot yet imagine.
While I agree that homosexuality is not of the Father, these will seek to slay them for their Talmudic law, as well as any who oppose the Yoke of satan's snare

In order to understand the Jerusalem Council, one must take into account the existence of the Noahide Laws, which formed a kind of Torah for Gentiles, by which they could be counted as belonging to God.
These laws do not include any requirement for circumcision, which was required only for Gentiles who wished to become converted to full Jews.
Various versions of the Noahide Laws exist in the sources but none of them includes circumcision. The question before the Jerusalem Council was whether Gentiles could belong to the Jesus movement without becoming full Jews, but merely by becoming 'God-fearers', i.e. Noahides (benei Noach).
This was a difficult question, since the Messiah was regarded as the King of the Jews, and it was doubtful whether non-Jews could come under his jurisdiction.
Jesus the Light unto the Gentiles as to the Prophet Isaiah
In other words, could Noahides belong to a Messianic movement, thus becoming subjects to a Jewish king, or must they retain their own nationality under their own rulers? The decision of James was to admit Noahides, or 'God-fearers' into the Messianic movement of Jesus merely on the basis of their adherence of the Noahide Laws (a version of these laws is actually given in the narrative of the Council).
Do not be deceived, for in their Laws if you say Jesus is God and his Father, the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the Ending, you will be decapitated by the very same laws you cling for worshipping Jesus, for the Source of these freemason laws the Talmud Bavli, say Jesus is an Idol
This meant that they could become Jesus-followers without undergoing circumcision.
This means they can "say" lord lord, but deny Jesus the Christ according to their Laws of satan, the yoke of the Assyrian
So fear of circumcision as a dangerous operation is really irrelevant to this topic. James did not change his mind about this decision at all. What he did do was to send out emissaries to continue to try to persuade Gentiles to become full Jews by circumcision, which would give them higher status in the coming Messianic kingdom.

The Jews are 'a nation of priests' whereas the God-fearers (Noahides) are the laity.
The jews do not Worship the Creator and are a priesthood to Baa'l and their religion is of satan contrary unto all mankind
This was not a breach of the decision of the Jerusalem Council, which was simply to allow Gentiles a choice in the matter. James had given no undertaking to cease proselytising activities, but had undertaken to accept uncircumcised Noahides as well as circumcised converts to full Judaism.
Thus undermining the Absolute Authority of the Lamb of God the Redeemer Salvation by Grace
Paul. on the the other hand, had a different view which he concealed at the Jerusalem Council.
The TRUTH
This was that the Jewish Torah had been abrogated, and therefore the distinction between Jews and Noahides was no longer valid. He therefore took the view that he had a monopoly on the conversion of Gentiles and that Jamesian missionaries were trespassing on his territory.
